4 sets of 6 squats 45 lbs
3 sets of 12 push-ups
2 static chin-up holds 8 seconds
1 static chin-up hold 10 seconds
1 static chin-up hold 4 seconds

Day 20

Breakfast: coffee with milk, breakfast burrito
Lunch: almonds and celery/carrot cup with dressing
Dinner: tomato and mozzarella with prosciutto, an oyster!, prosciutto wrapped mahi mahi with asparagus and spaghetti squash, coffee with cream, a few glasses of Merlot
