Breakfast: coffee with milk, banana almond protein shake
Lunch: chop chop salad
Snack: coffee with milk
Dinner: breakfast mess

Workout:
3 sets of 10 goblet squats 15 lbs
3 sets of 12 back extensions 25 lbs
3 sets of 8 back step lunges 7 lbs (each hand)
1 plank for 1 minute
