Breakfast: coffee with cream, breakfast burrito
Lunch: arugula salad with candied pecans, goat cheese, dried cranberries, and a lemon vinaigrette
Dinner: banana and almond protein shake

Workout:
4 sets of 15 squats
4 sets of 11 push-ups
4 sets of 10 back step lunges
30 second plank
