Day 14

Breakfast: coffee with half and half
Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken, hardboiled egg, avocado, tomatoes, walnuts, and raspberry vinaigrette
Dinner: Easy Mexican Salad (ground beef, onion, canned tomatoes, canned chiles, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, mexican mix cheese)

Workout:
3 sets of 15 squats
3 sets of 9 push-ups
3 sets of 6 backstep lunges
