Breakfast: coffee with milk
Lunch: Breakfast mess from Fairchild’s Market (eggs, bacon, sausage, taylor ham, potatoes, cheese, peppers and onions)
Dinner: banana and almond butter protein shake, rice

Workout:
4 sets of 8 goblet squats 10 lbs
3 sets of 10 dumbbell rows 15 lbs
3 sets of 10 back extensions 20 lbs
2 sets of 12 russian twists 10 lbs
