Day 10

Breakfast: coffee with milk and two slices of bacon
Lunch: banana almond butter shake with 3/4 scoop of protein powder and a TB of cocoa, apple with almond butter
Dinner: tuna steak with asparagus and roasted potatoes

Workout:
3 sets of back extensions 15 lbs for 10
3 sets of shoulder presses 7 lbs for 10
3 sets of dumbbell rows 15 lbs for 8
2 sets of 30 second planks
1 set of dumbbell rows 15 lbs for 10
1 set of back extensions for 20 lbs for 10
